- Please book the service in advance at least one day before.
- Wording can be customized, e.g. Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, and will you marry me?
- Balloons and flower decoration can only stay for three hours. Please refer to the reception after using the service so the housekeeping can do the clean up.
- Please keep the sheets clean and free from any stains. Additional charge may apply for stains or damages caused.
