Guest Relations Officer (Receptionist) Seminyak, Bali

Role Summary

The Guest Relations Officer is the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will be the face of The Kasih Villas & Spa, embodying our spirit of warm, personalized service and heartfelt hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the guest check-in and check-out process efficiently and with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, and in-person, providing helpful information and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure villa readiness.
  • Assist guests with booking tours, transportation, spa treatments, and in-villa activities (e.g. Balinese Offering Making, BBQ Dinner, Balinese Dance Lesson, etc).
  • Process payments, manage guest billing accurately, and maintain reservation records.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar front office or receptionist role, preferably at a 4 or 5-star hotel or private villa.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • A warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and helping others.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) is highly desirable.
