What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM WITA, and check-out is at 12:00 PM WITA. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and an additional charge may apply.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, a complimentary daily breakfast is included with your stay. We also offer a special floating breakfast experience for an additional charge.

Is the swimming pool in each villa private?

Absolutely. Every villa at The Kasih Villas & Spa features its own exclusive, private swimming pool for your personal enjoyment.

Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking?

Yes, each villa features a fully equipped kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery and cooking utensils.

What amenities are provided in the bathroom?

Our bathrooms are fully stocked with a complete range of amenities for your convenience, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hairdryer. We also provide personal care items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, comb, and more.

Is daily housekeeping included?

Yes, complimentary daily housekeeping service is included in your stay to ensure your villa remains clean and comfortable throughout your visit.

Is the water from the tap safe to drink?

For your health and safety, tap water in the villa is not potable. We provide ample complimentary drinking water, including two bottled waters refreshed daily in each bedroom and a water dispenser in the kitchen for your unlimited use.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in every villa.

Can you provide a baby cot?

Yes, we can provide a complimentary baby cot for your little one upon request. Please let our team know at the time of booking so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Can you arrange for a pool fence?

Yes, for the safety of our youngest guests, we can help arrange for a temporary pool fence to be installed at your villa. Please note that this service will incur an additional charge. We recommend requesting this in advance of your stay to ensure availability.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we can arrange for private airport transfers for a seamless arrival and departure experience. Please contact our reservation team with your flight details to book this service.

How far are you from the beach?

We are conveniently located just a 5 minute drive from popular beaches like Double Six Beach in Seminyak.

Can you help arrange tours or transportation?

Our team would be delighted to assist you in arranging car or scooter rentals, private drivers, and customized tours to explore the beauty of Bali.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Our in-villa dining menu can be tailored to accommodate various dietary restrictions, including vegan and gluten-free. Please inform our team of your specific needs when ordering or prior to your arrival.

Do you offer laundry services?

Yes, we offer a laundry service for our guests at an additional charge.

How close is the nearest convenience store or supermarket?

The well-known Bintang Supermarket is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from our villas, making it easy to stock up on groceries, snacks, and other essentials.
